In 2019, the Institute of International Studies created a repository of norms, case law and scholarship regarding the right of persons with disabilities to receive the support they may need to make decisions concerning their person and their assets, and the private international law issues that arise where the said support is provided in situations with a cross-border element. The repository can be accessed here.

L’Istituto di Studi internazionali ha dato vita, a partire dal 2019, a un archivio di norme, dottrina e giurisprudenza sul diritto delle persone con disabilità a ricevere il sostegno di cui possono aver bisogno per determinarsi in ordine alla loro persona e al loro patrimonio. L’archivio, in costante aggiornamento, si chiama Ravel ed è consultabile a questo indirizzo.
